I was born in Montana and moved to British Columbia, Canada when I was five.  Growing up in these places, I learned to love the outdoors and dreamed of becoming a math teacher or running the till in the local grocery store:) I found a nice in-between, graduating with a BBA in Accounting from Walla Walla University in 2007 and marrying an outdoorsy math professor:) 

In 2022, life brought me back to Walla Walla and I have been enjoying working here at VAS - first as part of the Afterschool Care team, and now as the Accountant.  I especially enjoy all of the students who wave to me when they walk by my office and that I get to see my own two kids, Jerra (Gr. 3) and Malachi (Kinder) here each day. 

Outside of work, I greatly enjoy reading, music, flower arranging, decorating, outdoor adventures, and time spent with family and friends:)
