Cell Phone Policy and Contract
Provided by donations and funds generated by the Kids Educational Endowment Program (KEEP). A limited number of scholarships are available to help defray cost of enrollment fees.
I understand the following criteria must be met:

The cell phone must be turned OFF. Being on vibrate or silent is not acceptable.
The cell phone must be kept in my student's locker during school hours and/or while on school grounds.
If the criteria above is not followed, I understand the following consequences:

The device will be taken away by the teacher and given to the principal. I will receive a call from the principal to pick it up.
If my student is found with his/her cell phone a SECOND time, the device will be taken away and I will receive a call from the principal to come pick it up. The student will be required to check his/her phone in with the front office daily.
If my student is found with his/her device a THIRD time, I understand that he/she will no longer be allowed to bring his/her device onto school grounds for the remainder of the school year.
For each subsequent infraction, an in-school suspension will be given. The device will be taken from the student and given to the principal. I will attend a meeting with the principal and classroom teacher to retrieve the device.
