My husband (David), my two sons (Matthew and Jonathan)

I’ve always wanted to be a teacher. My mom was a wonderful teacher and a great role model. I love children; I love learning and teaching. I love school.
Question 5: Have you ever thought about a different career? If so what?
I have thought of being a family counselor.
Question 6: What is the best part about your job?
My students! And watching them learn and grow.
Question 7: What is the worst part of your job?
Paperwork, forms, grading, keeping records
Question 8: What do you hope to achieve by being a teacher?
I want to instill in my students a love of learning and inspire them to make a difference in the world. I want them to become life-long readers. As a Christian teacher my main goal is to help students understand that God loves them and wants them to follow Him and then spend eternity with Him, where we will study the mysteries of the universe and God’s creation.
Question 9: Do you have any heroes?
Single parents who are being both Mom and Dad to their children.
Question 10: What’s something special about the grade level that you teach?
5th and 6th graders can be so child-like and yet so grown up. I love that we can discuss things about our world, about life, about God and our Christian walk. Every day is an adventure. I also love to see my students make decisions to follow Jesus.
Bonus Question: If Mrs. Bryant randomly cancelled school for the day, what would you do on that day?
I would sit by the fire (or in the sun) and read a book.
