The first step is to fill out the Application form, Registration form, Consent to Treat form, Over-the-Counter Medication form, Certificate of Immunization form, Birth Certificate and three reference forms. Once the school Registrar, Cindy McCrery, receives all the paper work and all the reference forms, you will be called on to make an appointment for you and your child(ren) to meet with the principal, Holley Bryant and complete academic testing.
