Would you like to be part of the Rogers School family?  If so, you may access many useful files in the right sidebar.

The first step is to fill out the Application form, Registration form, Consent to Treat form, Over-the-Counter Medication form, Certificate of Immunization form, and one reference form for Kindergarten through 2nd Graders, or three reference forms for 3rd through 8th graders.  Once the school Registrar (Melanie McKey Koch) recieves all the paper work and all the reference forms, you will be called on to make an appointment for you and your child(ren) to meet with the principal, Jim Weller.
