Rogers News

Thanks to the generosity of many, our current total raised for relief is $3,868.99. Mrs. Wessman's bake sale, Mrs. Payne's bake sale, the Family Group assembly offerings, and separate donations by students, staff and friends have helped to build this total. The amount is not enough to cure the hurts of Haiti, but Paul says, "The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love" (Gal. 5:6b) This is a gift of love and faith. Our kids' hearts are open to other people and that's what God requires for us to be fully human.

The students' investments in third-world entrepreneurs are beginning to pay off. The returns that we receive will be reinvested into new projects. Kiva.org makes this possible.
